The loop around the Guerlédan lake offers an ideal setting for trail running with technical paths along almost the entire course.  Runners will compete safely on paths mainly made up of dirt, stone and slate.

Beyond its technical aspect, competitors and their families will have the chance to discover and enjoy the beauty of this amazing site, rich in history: the covered alleys of the Landes du Liscuit, the Abbey of Bon Repos, the Forges des Salles, the Dam of Guerlédan and the beautiful green landscapes on the shores of the lake.
