On the top of the world, Welcome to the Himalaya, where even the foothills are enormous! 2000m of straight climb into thin-air to a breathtaking, Himalayan view point where runners can admire the sacred Fishtail mountain, the “Matterhorn of Nepal” and the 8000m high Annapurna. A technical tangle on a cloud forest wrapped trail concludes their marathon journey. This is the “normal” terrain of Mira Rai and Bhim Gurung. Curious Nepali villagers are standing by ready to cheers runners on their quest!

the Annapurna Trail Marathon will happen on October the 26th 2019 to host the grand final of the Golden Trail World Series 2019.

During all the year, the best athletes will have fought on the 6 qualifying races to reach the top 10 and get their ticket for the final (more info in Rules & Bonus).
